Born and raised in Denver Colorado where he started playing tennis at the age of 7 Beau was a member of the record setting Cherry Creek High School men's varsity tennis team. As a member of the team Beau won 3 individual and team state championships at the same time attending the Weil Tennis Academy in Ojai, CA during his sophomore year where he was awarded the most dedicated player of the year award. Beau competed at the national level as well earning the ranking of #152 in boys 18 singles and #8 in the intermountain section. He went on to accept a scholarship to play at the NCAA Division 1 nationally ranked Loyola Marymount University Men's tennis team in Los Angeles CA. As an LMU Lion Beau held the position of team captain in his final two years, and he competed at the #1-3 singles and #1 doubles spot. He went on to break the Lions Men's tennis record for singles victories and placed number 2 in the doubles match victories category as well. Also during his collegiate career he competed in men's open tournaments winning the Los Angeles Metropolitan Open, and earning the ranking of #8 in men's open singles for the Southern California section. Beau graduated from LMU in 2005 with a double major in Communication Studies, and English Literature.

Beau has been coached by and mentored as a tennis teacher by many world class tennis coaches including Dan Gonzales (the son of tennis legend Pancho Gonzales). As well as, Detlev Irmler (Head Coach of the Germany World Team Cup Men's team). Beau has been teaching tennis in New York for the last 3 years as a Head Pro at The Central Park Tennis Center and has been with Gotham Stadium since the spring of 2011. His theatrical and steadfast teaching style has made him a favorite with many children and adults alike. He brings with him a wealth of experience as a tennis player and as a veteran tennis coach and is very excited to be a part of Gotham Stadium Tennis.
