Gotham Stadium Tennis Center at Mill Pond

We are pleased to announce that Gotham Tennis Academy expects to sign an agreement to develop and operate a brand new state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor tennis center - Gotham Tennis Center at Mill Pond.

Our new home, which is expected to be fully complete before the end of the summer and in time for the US Open, is located just across the 145th Street bridge along the Harlem River, just south of Yankee Stadium, and is highly accessible by car and public transportation.

The Gotham Stadium Tennis Center at Mill Pond features:

• sixteen outdoor tennis courts, twelve of which will be enclosed during an indoor season under a state-of-the-art dome
• a welcoming clubhouse, with lounge areas
• a café
• a pro shop
• lockers, showers and bathrooms
• ample on-site parking

Gotham Stadium will offer a full range of junior and adult programs as well as tournaments, seasonal court rentals, game-arranging, and special clinics and exhibitions by professional players and renowned coaches including Nick Bollettieri, who is consulting with Gotham Tennis Academy on the development of scholarship programs and a tennis "war room" at Gotham Stadium.

Gotham Stadium Tennis Center at Mill Pond is part of the Yankee Stadium Redevelopment Project, a 10 acre park with stunning waterfront views of Manhattan along the Bronx bank of the Harlem River. In addition to the tennis center, the new park includes a pedestrian esplanade, open green space, and landscaped picnic areas.
